We provide quality handfeeding services to breeders or new owners with no experience in handfeeding. Service includes:
- Quality vitamin and nutritious diet using top formulas
- Daily feeding log with weekly weight monitoring
- Climate controlled housing
- Socialization and conditioning to being handled
- Updates and follow ups on growth progress.
* Breeder understands that with un-weaned babies there is no guarantee of survival. At times some babies will have defects, illness, or failure to thrive and P.D.A. is not held responsible. Care is closely monitored and babies are kept in an ICU Curater brooder with temperature and humidity control. Space is limited and reservation is required.

We're passionate about pet care. At times parents may not be taking care of babies properly and may need to be removed from the nest and put in to ICU care to ensure the baby thrives and continues to develop properly. We are able to provide the necessary Curator care to include Saline Nebulizer and Oxygen concentrator. As part of our handfeeding service all babies are housed in a top of the line RCOM Curator pet brooder that controls temperature and humidity.

Welcome to Pixie Dust Aviary Boarding
We are a family-owned aviary and understand the importance of a safe and secure place for our feathered family member/s to be taken care of when we are away. Our services provide updates, pictures, socialization and play time. Our boarding service includes:
- Nutri-Soft pellets (other brands must be supplied) and a variety of fresh fruit, nuts, vegetables, grains & chop fed daily; Birds on special diets need to be indicated and diet provided by owner.
- Fresh filtered water changed a minimum of once per day
- Full disinfection of dishes daily
- Daily cage cleanings
- Supervised out of cage time in an enriched environment (nets, toys, foraging, parrot safe trees & plants)
- 24-hour security and supervision
- Biosecurity in all aviaries is managed and controlled with cleaning and handling procedures (SOP’s) approved by and regularly audited by a board certified avian veterinarian, FWC and USDA regulations.
*Birds requiring a special diet requires their supplies to be provided by owner with a complete description of their feeding schedule.
