Buyer agrees and understands that Pixie Dust Aviary is not responsible for Avian Diseases or DNA unless certification is provided at time of purchase. The buyer has 72 hours to have the evaluated by an avian veterinarian for any illness. Any vet bills incurred are the responsibility of the buyer as the buyer assumes ownership at time of purchase and in the event of death within that 72 hour period a necropsy report must be provided to receive a refund. Buyer agrees that the bird is to not be resold/rehomed without written approval from P.D.A.to prevent birds from being rehomed and traumatized by rehoming reflecting in behavioral issues. 

Un-weaned/Handfeeding babies: Buyer has indicated experience in handfeeding and assumes all responsibility and there is NO GUARANTEE on un-weaned babies. 

Adoptions of preowned/rescue birds: Buyer agrees and is held to this agreement within the boundaries of the court of law that should the adopter be unable/unwilling to continue caring for the bird/s, the bird must be surrendered back to Pixie Dust Aviary and relinquishes rehoming/adoption fee. NO TRANSFER of ownership of any bird obtained through P.D.A without written agreement from P.D.A.
